our staff in the area of education. Each Customer Service Representative
is required to obtain their agent's license in Property and
Casualty. We are also required by the State of Ohio to have
20 hours of continuing education every two years. Many staff
members continue to work on designations acknowledged by the
insurance industry. We are constantly working to update our
knowledge so that we can better serve you, our customer. |
